White Merlot
Pronounced strawberry, white peach with light floral notes.

To achieve the perfect color in our White Merlot, the winemaking team gently destems and presses the Merlot grapes, leaving the red skins in contact with the juice for just a few hours. As soon as the desired soft, coppery pink hue is achieved, the juice is removed.
Pair with spicy foods, spice/herb rubbed grilled meats, light salads, smoky cheese and desserts, especially fruit.
